Operating Statement: Railyard Ops LLC is the parent operating entity and software development studio behind applications including UnitTally, Bursary, and related data platforms. Railyard Ops manages the underlying infrastructure, billing, and technical operations for its product portfolio.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any websites, services, or software tools operated by Railyard Ops LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), including railyardops.dev, UnitTally, and Bursary, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Software Services & Licensing
Railyard Ops LLC grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use our proprietary SaaS products according to their subscribed tier. We retain all intellectual property rights, titles, and interests in our proprietary software, source code, designs, and brand assets.
3. Billing, Subscriptions & Merchant Terms
All subscriptions, licenses, and service fees across our products are billed under the entity name Railyard Ops LLC. By subscribing to a paid service, you authorize Railyard Ops LLC and its merchant billing partners (including Stripe) to charge your designated payment method on a recurring or transactional basis.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from proprietary services.
- Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful operations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our cloud infrastructure and data pipelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Railyard Ops LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our software products.
